We visited Wooler Golf Course today we can agree with the previous review the course is in lovely condition and well worth a visit easy to reserve a T time and the views were great as we enjoyed a round of golf on a clear day. Thank you Wooler GC.

Fun to play ! This is a 9 hole course, but cleaverly they have different tees for the front 9 and teh back 9, giving a par 72 course. It can be a bit exposed, so the wind can also join in the game !! Lovely views and some interesting holes. Pat was very welcoming, and if you are in the area and fancy a relaxed game, worth a visit.

Nice little gem in North Northumberland coast to one side , lovely view of the cheviot hills the other, 9 hole course but we'll positioned and separated tee boxes. Bit breezy and you feel it at 500+ metres above sea level. Definitely will be back next summer.

Fantastic course, £15? No brainer but.. if you want all the bells and whistles of a busy, modern club house, pro shop etc you will be disappointed (I played midweek so might different at the weekend), but as I stated before, this course is outstanding and the views cannot be beaten

Personally, I would like to give this very special, 9-hole, hillside course a 5-star rating, as I enjoy this type of natural course with its superb views overlooking The Borders. However, for most people, they would find this course too hilly and "unfair" if you are not familiar with course. Buggies are not available for hire either. Considering that the course depends on rainfall and mist to water the course, it was in superb condition. Clubhouse is very typical with all necessary amenities.
